Which tools do we use to collect which personal data?

Plausible

We use the Plausible analysis tool to collect anonymous data about the use of our website. This data does not contain any personal information and is used exclusively to improve our offering.

Microsoft Clarity

We use Microsoft Clarity, a web analysis tool from Microsoft, to analyze your interactions on our website. This allows us to improve the user-friendliness and performance of the site. Among other things, mouse movements, clicks, scrolling actions and keystrokes are recorded. Important: No personal data such as name or e-mail address is collected. The information collected is used exclusively for statistical and analytical purposes.

Calendly

You have the option of making an appointment with our employees directly online via our website or by e-mail.

When you make an appointment via Calendly, we collect and process your personal data, such as title, first and last name, language, country, company, e-mail address and telephone number. If necessary, this data is linked to existing information in Notion. We use it to improve our activities and to stay in contact with you.

Calendly processes the data provided and stores it in data centers that may be located outside Switzerland or the EU.

Notion

We use Notion to process personal data that you enter via a contact form on our website - for example for order processing and marketing and sales purposes.

Google Calendar

We use Google Calendar to store the appointments. The data provided is processed by Google and stored in data centers outside Switzerland or the EU.

Mailchimp

When you sign up for our newsletter, your email address will be stored by Mailchimp. Mailchimp helps us to manage our email marketing subscribers and send newsletters.

When you register, we use the double opt-in procedure to ensure that you have entered the e-mail address yourself. We will only send you our newsletter after your explicit confirmation.

The data provided will be processed by Mailchimp and stored in data centers outside Switzerland or the EU.

Vercel

We use the hosting service Vercel to provide our website. The website is hosted in the AWS cloud in Frankfurt, Germany.

Cloudinary

We use Cloudinary to manage and provide images and videos. Our data is stored in the Cloudinary data center in Frankfurt, Germany.

How can you deactivate tracking and data collection?

Microsoft Clarity

You can deactivate tracking and data collection at any time by activating the "Do Not Track" function in your browser.

Other services

We do not collect any other personal data when you visit our website unless you actively provide it to us - e.g. via a contact form or the calendar booking function.
