Everyone knows them, almost everyone hates them: chatbots. But the bot is more than just a gimmick. It has access to all of the website's content, including FAQs, the download area and form fields, and thus aggregates intelligent answers to the most urgent questions directly inline or refers to more in-depth topics.
Employees can easily make adjustments via CMS and make the bot ready for specific topics/questions or store synonyms if required. So that even users who don't know how to spell wasärorbruch or strawpraise can reach their destination.
