As part of a design sprint with user testing, we designed the most complex elements together with the experts at VP Bank. In user testing, advisors were guided through the process with their customers. The feedback was integrated - for advice that really works.
Simply convincing: UX and UI
Once the most complex parts of the product were clear, the user journey was developed further in close collaboration with Business Development and the consultants. The result: a user-friendly, clear interface that optimally supports advisors in the process. Complex financial relationships can now be easily illustrated.
