Why do I need an AI strategy before I get started?
Without a strategy, you quickly lose direction. A clear direction shows where AI can be used sensibly, which projects have priority and which are better left to wait. This allows you to make targeted investments and avoid individual solutions running side by side.
How do you develop an AI strategy?
We start with an assessment of the current situation: goals, data situation, systems, organization. From this, we derive specific fields of action and develop a roadmap with clear steps and responsibilities. The result is a pragmatic plan that you can use immediately.
How does this fit into the existing business?

How do you handle data protection and regulation?

In Sweden or the EU, more up-to-date variants are available, but different data protection rules apply there. What is suitable depends on the specific case. We are not lawyers.
