Imagine you sell insurance for Helvetia. Do your customers need a quote for car insurance? A new policy for their life insurance? Or have they reported a claim and want to know what happens next?
That's what the Helvetia B2B portals are for. Everything you need. Several countries, several portals. Each one tailored to your region.

Time for a fresh start

The Helvetia B2B portals didn't just come into existence yesterday. They were in use for many years and did their job well. But the platform underneath was end of life. Support was no longer available and further developments were becoming increasingly complex. A new structure was needed. Technically complex and ambitious in terms of time.

Exactly our thing

So we lent a hand and relaunched the portals together with Helvetia.
We hit the keys and didn't stop until the thing was up and running. And it worked properly.

A garden becomes a system

The old code base had grown like a wild garden over the years. Just rebuild it? Not an option. We first had to understand what was in there.

We scurried through the garden, analyzed component by component and transformed it piece by piece into a modern, modular architecture. Comprehensible, maintainable, expandable.
What was previously densely overgrown is now flourishing as a reusable CMS component. Flexible to use, cleanly maintained and ready for something new.

Content migration with brains

The new setup was completely different and the content? Huge. Simply moving it over was not an option. Wherever possible, we automated it using scripts. And what couldn't be automated was done manually by the editors at Helvetia with a lot of system (and even more patience).

Step by step, not with a crowbar

Sauber, geplant, ohne Drama.
