Unfortunately, there is no standard product that meets the requirements. The ideal solution would therefore be a CRM that perfectly reflects Cosmopolitan's business processes.
Our solution
The central CRM helps to increase data quality - automated reporting and processes suddenly become possible. We meticulously recorded the requirements using requirements engineering and involved the customer in the iterative process. In this way, we created a software solution that adapts to the business requirements and not the other way around.
We have been operating the solution stably and reliably for almost 10 years. If the business requirements adapt, the adaptations to the software will soon follow.
